The OZy™ is an automated mobile manure treatment system.
It's a machine designed for hog and dairy producers and manure applicators to treat liquid manure on site for odor and pathogen reduction, and nutrient concentration.
The OZy™ system utilizes a patented electrical pulse technology to treat the liquid manure at a microscopic level - without the use of additives, chemicals or oxygen.
It is totally self-contained, easy to operate, and quiet.
How the OZy™ works in typical installations:
When properly installed, the OZy™ grounding process removes the possibility of stray voltage and does not provide any electrical hazards to the equipment, farm, people, or animals.
- Virtually eliminate offensive odors at field application!
- Decrease pathogenic organisms that could be harmful to humans, animals, soils, crops, or surface and ground water that may come in contact with the manure.
- Increase nutrient concentration through the promotion of solids settling, allowing for a higher manure land application rate due to the lower nutrient level in the liquid portion.

- Multiple users have confirmed the reduction of offensive odors at land applications.
- Verified tests confirm the reduction of pathogenic microorganisms in the treated manure.
- Independent lab analyses consistently indicate the concentration of the suspended solids and phosporous from the liquid phase into the solid portion. This concentration occurs through the promotion of sedimentation of the solids as a result of the OZy™ treatment.
